We want you to be 100% in love with all of your purchases at K & Company. If you are not completely satisfied we will happily exchange unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items with tags for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

You may bring your item(s) into the store during business hours to complete your exchange for store credit or you may mail your return to  P.O. Box 609 New London, MN 56273. Shipping cost will not be refunded to the customer. In-store credit will be e-mailed for mailed returns (please allow 5-7 days after we receive your item(s) and on a gift card or e-mailed for in-store returns. 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately, within 14 days of receipt for return. Email us at hello@shopkandco.com or stop in the store. 

Final sale, personal products such as lotions, chapsticks, etc. may not be returned. 

It is the discretion of the staff to determine if an item meets qualifications to be returned.
