Return Policy

We want you to be 100% in love with all of your purchases at K & Company. If you are not completely satisfied we will happily accept returns of unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items with tags for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method, all returns will be completed in the form of in-store credit. 

Please inspect your items as soon as possible after delivery. If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days. 

  • In Store: You may bring your item(s) into the store during business hours to complete your exchange for store credit. 
  • Online: Items purchased online can be returned in person to the store during business hours free of charge. If you wish to return your item via shipping we offer $5 return shipping. The shipping costs you paid on your original order are non-refundable. To initiate an online return, click here. 

All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items with tags for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be free of deodorant, perfume, makeup, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items can be returned to you if you wish, however you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Final sale, personal products such as lotions, lip care, hair care products, etc. may not be returned.

It is the discretion of the staff to determine if an item meets qualifications to be returned. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items can be returned to you if you wish, however you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Online Return Process

  1. Click here to initiate your return.
  2. Once your request is received and approved, you will receive an e-mail with your return shipping label. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. 
  3. Please package your items and adhere shipping label to your package. We recommend using original packaging. Do not tape over shipping barcode. Your package must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery to you. 
  4. We recommend keeping your tracking number for your return, we are not responsible for lost return packages. 
  5. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets return criteria. If your items are returned in acceptable condition, you will be e-mailed an e-gift card for in store credit. The credit amount will be the price you paid for the item, less $5 return shipping fee.
